This is my new bi-cycle. I got it on my 4th B’day. My dad gifted me this lovely bi-cycle. I went with my mom for a ride,  nearby the beach. It is really very  thrilling to be on the road. 

hello everyone, today, 20/01/2008 I am so happy because I have started going to school again after a long vocation of 3 months. Everything is new. New bag, shoes, snacks box etc. This year I am in LKG – H and I joined my class after a week’s absence  because I was down with viral infection. This time also Rahul is in my class only. Today I went to school with my dad and mom came to collect me from school but by the time Rahul’s dad picked me up from school and dropped at home.  I played with the sand, did coloring, drawing, fixed blocks etc.   I hope this year will also be a successful year for me like last year.

Today is 2nd January, 2008. My dad bought a new Sony Camera as a new year gift for us. This is the first snap ever taken in the new camera. Dad is telling it is an excellent one. It has 8.1 MEGA pixels which has the capacity to take about 642 snaps and 92 mins video. Earlier he was using Canon Digital Camera. I hope I will get the old one to practice and excel in photography. I am studying in Mafannu Madhrassa (MM).  Last year, 2007, I joined in the Nursery. My assigned class was Nursery-I and about 26 kids were in the same class. Except Rahul Sanker and myself, others were Maldivians. My school life started in this school only.

Every school in Maldives is having three terms. School year starts in every January and ends up in November. Last year, I couldn’t go to school to collect my report book on the day of first term report giving but my mom went and collected it on behalf of me. Students give gifts to the teachers and they give to the students in return also. Usually paper crowns, pencils, crayons, coloring book, pencil case, chocolates of different types, etc,.

Two events took place in the school last year like Sports meet and Concert. I participated in both. My item for the sports meet day was Sack race. I am sure I got inside the sack but I was the one who reached the finishing point the last. My parents came to cheer me up but I couldn’t help myself because I was so sleepy.

For the Concert, I have participated in one of the dances arranged by the school. It was for 3 days. On the first day, mom came to see the dance but I didn’t move a step since I was so shy because of her presence. Seond day my  elsy aunty came to school, and she told me I danced well. Third day, Rahul’s mom and dad came, they also told me I performed well on the stage.

I am just loving my school and I am now promoted to LKG.

I started getting my milk teeth when I was 11 months old. I got my teeth first in the upper line. Mom is telling that I used to bite the furniture during this period

This is my rainbow colored popy umbrella. Raman’s mom gave me when I went to India on last vacation.  This snap is taken on 24th April, 2007 when I  went on a picnic to Gulhi Island with my parents and dad’s colleagues. I had a nice time over there.

I am only 10 months old in this snap and I am playing with my first sunglasses. My grandmother (I call her kikkaammu) got it for me.

mom is always complaining that I am very naughty because I was not willing to have my lunch with my parents and dad asked me to quit the dining table (04/01/2008)

I am busy cleaning my rocking horse. It is a musical one and it sings ‘twinkle twinkle little star, how I wonder what you are’ and it finishes the song with " I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU"
